RX App Troubleshooting Guide

Follow these steps if the RX App is stuck at 0% loading or not working.

Step 1: Restart the STB

  1. Take the remote control.
  2. Press and hold the STB button.
  3. Wait for the connection light.
  4. Select Restart.
  5. Open the RX App after restart.
  6. Wait 5 minutes.

Step 2: Clear RX App Data

  1. Press the Home button.
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. Open Apps.
  4. Select RX.
  5. Choose Clear Data.
  6. Return to Home Screen.
  7. Open RX App again.

Allow all permissions and select your screen.

Step 3: Enable Mouse Mode

  1. Press the button beside Vol +.
  2. Mouse Mode will activate.
  3. Use arrow buttons around OK to move the cursor.
  4. Select the required options.
  5. Wait up to 10 minutes.

Step 4: Change Screen

  1. While viewing a picture or video, press the Arrow button beside the Info button twice.
  2. A pop-up menu will appear.
  3. Select the second option.
  4. Press OK.
  5. Select the desired screen.
  6. Press OK again.
